Alpine Fine Foods (Sussex/Surrey) is a business jointly operated and owned by its two directors John Cleeves and Paul Ring.

John and Paul have extensive experience and knowledge of the Food Industry with Paul holding senior sales positions within Food Service, Meat and the Food Ingredient sector, whilst John also held senior sales positions within Food Service and is also a fully qualified chef obtaining City and Guilds qualifications and has extensive experience in various kitchens including pubs and restaurants and he progressed to the role of executive chef for a group of London based Hotels. Both John and Paul have strong customer service values and believe that the service to the customer is the key driving force for any business.

Both John and Paul share a passion for food (which is usually evident by their waistlines!) and both agree that if you are talking to caterers you need to show enthusiasm for the products you are selling, and in Johns case be able to talk to chefs on the same level whilst fully understanding their needs and wants.

John and Paul believe that knowing your customers business is a strong value in any industry and are always accessible to discuss a customers particular needs, whether it's a new menu idea or a particular delivery request and both agree that "we are fully aware that customers have a choice!"

Operating from their premises in Bolney near Hayward's Heath which is in the heart of Sussex and only minutes from the A23, Alpine Fine Foods can offer a daily delivery 7 days a week to within a 50 mile radius, with the goods being delivered on one of our multi temperature modern delivery vehicles.
